i'm not necessarily saying that you do need more minerals!
yes, your urine does contain vitamins and minerals.
i mentioned it only because you were saying that you had digestive problems - in which case it is unlikely that you absorbing them correctly. minerals are derived from food and enter into your bloodstream directly. it's worth maybe looking into - i'm just trying to give you some alternatives.
check out:

'Often, a mineral deficiency occurs even when there is an abundance of the needed mineral in the diet, but the body cannot digest nor assimilate the mineral.'
i have a super healthy, 80% raw food diet, and yet i still have mineral deficiencies and digestive problems - and these were not rectified using UT (incl. a recent 22 day urine & water only fast). i think UT is a good protocol but it did not completely resolve my health issues either, although it did help some. i don't know why - the only thing i can say is that everybody is different...
MMS is Miracle Mineral Solution - it is apparently particularly effective in the case of infection or inflammation in the body. there is an Miracle-Mineral-Supplement forum on curezone.
or you could consider doing some cleanses - bowel, parasites, liver etc. i found these really helpful and consider them essential in restoring good health.
have a good look around curezone - there is so much great information.
i hope you find something that works for you.
