I'll be calling companies and asking questions.

Then I'll get all the recommendations muscle-tested...see where my best bet lies.

Price is a secondary consideration in my book...I can always scrub floors or do windows, for satisfaction.

Meanwhile, I won't give up 'remembering' the frequency', just in case that helps.

Also, thanks so much for the info about olive oil, lemon juice, and olive leaf extract.

The first two, in small amounts on salad, daily, may have been responsible for the spontaneous painless passing of a very large, smooth, pullet-egg size gallstone...black, with Kelly green flecks.

Although there was a 3 1/2 hour slightly bumpy road trip helping things along...my head lolling forward in sleep. It was a great massage on the gallbladder and duct/duodenum areas.

I've slowed on the lemon juice in the past year, I'm not entirely sure why...and somewhat fewer salads, not daily anymore, but three or four per week. I wonder if it is the KIND of salads...Earthbound Farms now...their hydroponic, I believe...the one with varying levels of arugula. Sometimes straight spinach. ...More and more parsley and cilantro...and kelp and whole flax seed.

A huge bunch of parsley in with five fish fillets, in chowder, produced the most remarkable bathroom experience of my entire life...within about an hour of eating the whole thing. (I'm the only one who loves fish around here.)

These strange and wonderful experiences may be tied to tooth fillings, and their dropping out, one by one.

I am pleased to know that olive leaf powder and extract are useful in the mouth, too.

I have copied all of those posts, and will experiment.

Is there any chance that Russian olive trees/bushes have any similar effects? They grow all over the roadsides...drought-tolerant as they are.

Many, many thanks, good friends.

My best,

Fledgling
