And they're calling it Becker's??

Interesting, because it sounds like you've got pretty much the same thing I have. How are your arms?

They wanted to say I had 2-3 kinds of MD: FSHD and LG, etc. Settled on "spontaneous late-onset FSHD with perineal involvement," those tests remain inconclusive as well. There is a DNA test available for FSH. They have to take some meat out of your quad to test for it.

Look, I've been experimenting with different stuff for a long time. I'll be very honest with you as you travel on your healing path. I will say right now that there are NO, nada, zippo, zilch, zero incurable diseases. Here's some hope: I met (online) a lady almost 3 years ago who healed herself from Charcot-Marie Tooth with natural methods and a strong faith in Jesus Christ. I also met (online) a guy with FSH who is a triathlete. Very healthy, but he does eat meat (I experiment with different diets... so far I feel best when I eat 100% raw vegan, but I have a hard time keeping up with it for extended periods. I do eat certain fish and poultry on occasion, but completely swore off red meat. I don't eat dairy either, except for yogurt, and when I'm 100% raw vegan, I don't even do that). Here's a little video about my friend:

So, you know, the doctors don't know. We're making the rules.

Throw your creatine in the trash. It doesn't work. I know about the clinical trials and all. It was a theory, it helped a couple of people, your doctor told you to try it... toss it. You're on the right track with the flax seeds- organic golden flax is best. Grind it in a little coffee grinder (costs about $12 at Walmart) and take about 4 tablespoons in a glass of juice every day. It doesn't matter what time of day. Whey protein... you're right about getting the extra protein, but since whey is a milk product, you may want to think about switching to a plant-based protein instead. You have to learn to trust your own intuition, ped4o. I think you could keep the whey protein and see how it makes you feel. Then you could try a plant protein/superfood next time and see what that does.

You need to have a clean diet, starting today, if you're serious about getting well. Even before you start playing around with herbs and supplements, start drinking distilled water, throw out all your white flour products, throw out your vegetable oil and canola oil and anything with corn syrup or white Sugar in it.

Read, read, read. Start with the works of John Barron, Brian Clements, and David Wolfe. Then get a copy of Dr. Richard Schulze 's There Are No Incurable Diseases and memorize it, basically. These guys deal with the serious diseases all day, every day (well, David Wolfe's a little different) and know what they are talking about.

And I will tell you this- there are a ton of people on Curezone who love to help people. Many of them have come through the fire and now they encourage others who are going through it. Ask a bazillion questions. There isn't a dumb one. Others want to know answers, too, and may feel too shy to post something. Share everything you're feeling and experiencing. Sometimes totally unrelated things actually are related. That's what holistic healing is all about.

I will be here, and we can go through this together.

You are loved.
