Hi refreshed,
Your question: What is your opinion of North Atlantic Bladderwrack Kelp? (Fucus vesiculosus) Does it have more sodium or potassium? It seems to be the easiest to find but I'm not sure it is right for me. I'm wanting to try the Laminaria digitata kelp for this summer.
Answer: The Bladderwrack kelp may have a little more Sodium than Potassium in it's ratios, but not much as a general rule !
Smile Tis your choice.
