Hi Bling,

Nice to hear from you:).. So are you on juices now? Good for you! It is a very good thing to do despite that 'headache' with washing a juicer:))

I am not planning to go for 7-10 Water Fasts that often. I was thinking to fast 10 days ones a year. Though may be one day I will go for longer than that. 10 days fast is OK for me. Also every week I am going to Water Fast for 24-36 hh. And may be occasionally go for 1-3 days of a juice fast just to give my digesting system a bit of rest. I don't want to make my life a complete fast. I want to enjoy healthy food and mainly in right combos on a daily basis. So that's my PLAN:)
