you seem like you're a pro. I've been reading your posts- lots of good info and suggestions. Thanks :-) This is my first time- I'm on day 2. I'm really hoping that this will be an emotional cleanse as well as a physical one. I hate feeling so cold!! Does that last throughout the whole cleanse?
Also, do you have to do the SW flush every day? It seems like nothing will be left to poop out after a few days.
