Sorry for the delay chiro..
No it is truly grainless,zero.
they are ok,not the best but they do the job.

Bear with me.
5 tbls. ground walnuts
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbls sour cream
1 egg lightly beaten
3 tbls. water
1 to 2 tsp.maple extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbls. oil,(coconut,ghee or butter)

the topping is butter with cinammon mixed together

mix the walnuts and baking powder together
Add sour cream,extracts egg,water. Mix well.

Use the oil to put on a preheated griddle or pan. You can ladle out 2 tbls of the mix and cook like regular pancakes.

Not to much to it,but very low carbs and no grains at all.
