No, I am not aware that licking my lips is a problem. I can tell that it doesn't feel normal and prior to this, I never noticed that it didn't feel right...hope that answers your question.

I can say that during my whole life that I have worn lipstick, I have always been bothered by it gumming up and forming a line of gunk on my inner lip. Of course I do not wear any lipstick now...but I do remember that from my teen years.

My doctor said NO FRESH FRUIT bc it is very acidic. Just thought I would pass that along. Not that the fruit causes this, but that it can aggravate an already inflamed condition.
