It seems to me that this would be risky and may cause a severe reaction in some people. I'd see if I could find a holistic MD to do it or someone that's familiar with this.

You can take oral homeopathic doses of urine, which are also supposed to be effective. Some people recommend just taking a tablespoon full or two every day.
