Sorry for not replying sooner (you know, yesterday 'chocolate' cookie was acting a bit so I just didn't have patience to keep posting:)

Yes, I know, I need to do a liver flash. I have already asked at a Water Fast forum and I will ask here as well - on my day 7 of refeeding period can I do a liver flash? Is it too early? Today (day 5) I have eaten probiotic yogurt without Sugar and tomorrow I will eat avocado with salad:).. Any thoughts?

As for sitz bathing.. I need to study that topic more. Thank you very much for taking care of me that way!:)

Coconut oil? Zoe, it is American promotion and I am in the UK. I guess it will be more or less the same. Any way, thanks again!
