hi nadia -
i did 2 Liver Flushes after my 26 day fast that ended in december. i waited until january, after proper refeeding and getting my body back into balance before i did them. i did them 2 weeks apart. they were both very successful and helped me with lingering symptoms.

i also finished a 14 day fast in early feb and after a week i did a flush - maninly because i felt very toxic and ill when i finished. this flush was also very successful.

so i would just suggest that you make sure your body feels strong and rebalanced before you flush, because the flush process itself is quite taxing on the body.
