IMO I don't think it is a good idea to block your anus. The best thing to do keep a diary of everything you eat. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Some foods be much better than others. Also have tried enzymes before half of eating any meal? If not, try that. It helped me a lot, I took enzymes for most cooked foods. Now I am totally raw foodist.

Stay away from beans etc.
