Did the therapist give you Probiotics? If not, that could be your problem.
I always need one after any type of clean out, be it enemas, colonic, or senna tea.

If you aren't familiar with them Probiotics are live acidophilus cells contained in yogurt. They come in powder or capsule form. You only need one.
