Yes, Sofia, I just wanted to quickly reply....Yes!!

I like the word 'detachment'...yes, yes, yes!!!

When we hold on with attachment, even a desire, if we want it because we believe it will bring us something we don't have...this is attachment and keeps the cycle stuck.

When we can detach, want the desire but without the 'neediness' or desperation, without any condition of what it may bring...well, when we have it expecting more joy...we have detached.

This has really been on my mind a lot the last few days as well with several attachments I have...

Attachment implies conditions must be met to meet our demands...detachment means we don't need to dictate how things will flow...
