I have always enjoyed the effects of low dose lithium. It is one of the few chemicals which can alleviate depression and anxiety for myself while eliminating insomnia, without providing a "drugged" feeling.

My main issue these days is insomnia, so I've decided to give prescription lithium another go. I make sure to get tablets so I can cut them down to doses as small as 75mg of Lithium Carbonate.

Solaray Lithium Aspartate has 5mg of elemental lithium, which is equivalent to 26.455mg of Lithium Carbonate.
