Jim Humble says in his book that Chlorine dioxide persists in your body, that is it keeps being made up to 12 hours after taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . He also said that most of the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is used up in a couple of hours.
He recommended taking vit C at least 2 hours after the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to give it a chance to work unless you took too much and deliberately wanted to reduce the effect.
