I have had that reaction to water before. My skin was like that with water when I was using benzoyl peroxide gel on my face.
I think you dont need to worry about Acne right now and try doing anything and everything to add moisture and soothe your skin.

I hate to sound like a crazy salesperson but there is another product I tried that I think is very good. Its called regenacell. Might want to google it if you are interested. I wont post any more links to sell stuff here because Im not sure if its against the rules and dont want to get into trouble! hehe
