Thanks everyone.. it's good to know I'm not alone! It sure feels like it.

The ONLY thing I think I can improve in my day is my water intake. I am cursed with a pea sized bladder. So drinking 8 glasses of water a day means peeing seriously 3 times an hour! Right now, I'm taking in about 4-6 cups of fluid a day... I try to always have some type of fluid next to me to increase my intake.

It's just frustrating.
I'm open to all suggestions. I need something to work for me. I will seriously try it all. More water? SURE... enema? SURE

I'm serious -anything- to keep me regular. I'm freakin 22.... I feel like I'm 90 and obsessed with my bowels. It's ridiculous.
