well, i'm for tracking the positive, since it's a route that has more inherent enlivening energy; hence more 'buzz'...

so -- one thing you can say. based on your experience is:
it IS possible. forget about the struggle and all.

btw: you left a link somewhere for BSM (bioemenative brain linking, in English )
have you got the manual--practised it?

I tried two times to buy the book off the shopping site, and it's almost comical but I've not had success-and both times when I emailed to inquire about the order all I received is about two words.. order was bad. or: order bad was...

leading me to feel like I'm paddling upstream. I really was looking forward to trying the method. :)
