My schedule does not allow me to use the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the am. I know from previous experience, that it is beneficial, so I want to do it, can I do it in the evening if I wait a couple of hrs. after drinking anything? The tea really gave me mid-afternoon cramping. when I cleansed previously I used the tea at night, and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the am. I may have slept through any cramping if I had it at all, although maybe this time, I have more toxins to eliminate. I am looking for expert advice here, not just opinions. Please, any help would be appreciated. thank you in advance.
