I'm hypo as well.

My first fast was 1 week water, 1 week juice.

My second fast was 2 weeks.

A friend of my just fasted his first fast for 2 weeks.

You don't need the vitamins. You should have plenty stored up. You need to better educate yourself and your fiancee on fasting.
