I eat fairly healthly (and always have). My general health was perfect before this came on...it started 1 1/2 years ago when i started not being able to think properly, then it came on like a ton of bricks. I permanently dont feel fully conscious, totally deatached from everything, zero concentration and memory and massive cognitve problems (and i used to be doing a maths degree!). Even writing this message is incredibly hard!

I have no history of any medical problems, i only have high blood pressure which i take medication for.... I have already been tested for hypoglycemia (was negative). I always drink aalot of water, mainly cos i feel dehydrated often, is strange cos beacuse of this im hardly able to do anything all day! We have a food here called marmite (contains B12) and i take it everyday.

This problem has literally ruined my life, im not able to feel emotions or care about anything anymore, everyday is pure torure. I go to bed at night hoping i dont wake up in the morning... I'm sure theres more stuff i wanted to say but my lack of memory prevents it.
