I was wondering what kind of set up I should use to treat this, or the emotional side effects.

I didnt feel right saying "even though I HAVE bad skin, I completely accent myself"..I feel like its saying it in a way that the bad skin isnt going to get better. I dont want to attract more sickness.

What should I say? This morning I said "even though Ive dealt with skin problems..."

Any more positive ones that still focus on the hurting emotion without attracting more of it?
