If you could be a little more specific about your kidney/bladder problems it would be helpful to determine which course of action to follow.
The kidney cleanse is aimed mainly at cleaning out stones I believe, but Shelton is on record as saying that both Kidney and Gallbladder stones are dissolved during a protracted fast, with the added advantage of also cleaning/healing and remedying any bladder anomalies as well.
In my view it would probably be best try the the Liver cleanse first and if that isn't sufficiently helpful: a 21 day fast as a follow up.
