I already take calcium citrate and Vit. D in a pill form. I wonder if that is enough? I admit I have doubts about the calcium hydroxide, but also admit a slight prejudice about it. I am mostly seeking a way to combine several supplements and cleanses into a good healing method for nerve damage. I went from cane to walker to a wheelchair, and although my doctor says he has hope for a full recovery, I am more than a little scared and want my body to be as healthy and balanced as possible while also doing the energy and physical therapy he recommends.
