I know you shouldn't take anything whilst fasting, in the way of supplements, medicines, but if you did, or just after the fasting, while refeeding, is it dangerous. If i took an animo acid supplement whilst fasting, would it have a stronger affect? You can take these particular ones on empty stomach.

Is a 5 day fast worth doing?
