Sometimes the thought of the oil mix is almost enough to make me vomit. And sometimes I can chug it all down and have a big smile on my face. I don't know specifically WHY but something about my body wasn't ready and was telling me "not right now please".

Also, for your detoxing, it's an extremely good idea to take big doses of echinacea, like a TBSP of a quality extract once or twice a day. This will aid in detoxing and can keep you from getting headaches and the like.
