Yes, this is like the peeling of an onion. Many layers.

I often use the analogy of chopping down the roots of a tree. The older the tree, the more roots that have grown and spread. You cut a few roots and below are even more, and eventually, you find the main roots and the tree comes down.

Our limiting beliefs and thoughts are like the roots, if they are deep, it's worth pulling them all up so that there is no chance for regrowth.
