I feel after 3 years of liverflushing/ Oxypowder and change in lifestyle., I don't expect big changes anymore.
One of the reasons I started a year ago I had some irregular (not cancer) cells in my body and I want to make sure that I have enough oxygen in my body and even hope that it will avoid cancer and/or heal my other problem. None of the alternative sytems are instant solutions. You have to give it time.
