Well I can't control the lights but with LoA I can make the crossing lights to turn green for me when I want to cross the streets.
This trick only works well when I don't see the crossing lights beforehand. So when I have to walk a lot and cross many streets, then I preplan the trip and boost my emotional level above the positive anticipation and I enjoy the walking trip to the destination and I don't even have to stop at all. Of course I watch everything else that is happening on the streets and the skies as well.
