Yes I felt the same, but read the article. The other thing is on the oxygen forum this book is pictured and everybody into oxygen reads it. It is well recommended.
I don't believe in supplements, if I don't have too. but I still like to read everything.
I like urine therapy it works and is free and easy (no mixing or buying anything).
