Well, i've decided to juice and eat really healthy for a month before doing another one, as have committments soon.

I'm on Armour, and i take mine sublingually as well, so i don't see why it should be a problem taking it, but fasting can reset metabolism, so i would check your temp regularly, you might find after a fast, you can cut down on medication, and on every subsequent fast.

Taking the Armour whilst fasting might even make it go more smoothly for me.

Maybe my problem was more mental than physical, i think the fear factor got in the way.

Anyway i'm sure i'll do better next time, and i will be more prepared.
