I have a blood red spot on my leg towards the upper thigh and I was wondering what it is. I have had these before but many at once. And on both legs.

Does anyone know what they are?

I've been extremely tired for a very long time, can't even tell you how long because I really don't know. I feel very acidic and notice that when I eat fresh chicken even with no salt or seasoning, I bloat really bad. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I put it out there. Another thing is that I ate the other day, I think it was a potato (no butter, no salt,just garlic powder) and I felt so sick. I threw up in the bathroom and it was soooo sour that my throat burned. I remember that it actualy hurt when I started to breat in after I caught my breath. This has happened on several occasions and no I'm not bulimic.
I looked into the Alkaline Diet. Would this be a good road to travel down?
I have noticed that the only source of protien that doesn't make me sick is eggs and peanuts.

I have multi-stix to keep measure of certain things. I did one today but after I have eaten and had a drink. But my ph level was at about 6.5. I think that's just at normal. Or could be because I ate. I will do them again in the morning before I drink or eat and when urine is at it's strongest.

Should I be looking at somethingelse?
Just curious. I have made an appointment to see my doctor but the appointment isn't for another month.
