First of all, I would suggest that you start researching. Children can be healthy without vaccines. Plus, I have learned through my research that vaccines don't work anyway. There is no safe vaccine and no safe age to get them. If you want more info. on vaccines, you can join

I wrote a religious exemp. for my older daughter even though she had most of her shots until she was 18 months old. It is basically a statement, it doesn't matter what religion you are. Every state is different and has different requirements.
