Thanks for sharing. This is my first cleanse, so I don't have anything to compare it to.

I've been enjoying moderate exercise, too.

I've also enjoyed increasing the dosage of cayenne. I was cautious at first, don't know why since I love spicy food. I'm now putting quite a bit in each glass.
