hi! i was just doing some online the other night and I found some information and rave reviews about oil pulling. i decided to try it and was just hoping that some of you experts could give me some advice. i started this morning and swished with pure seasame oil since i've read about the skin benefits :) i think a website recommended refined oil, however is pure oil alright to use? so i swished for about 3-4 minutes twice this morning, i just couldn't keep it in for 20mins. how did you all build up to doing it for 20mins? thanks for all your help! i'm excited to build this into my morning routine and all your results sound great.
