Your lymph is WAAAY to overloaded...you should relax from all serious cleansing and possibly try to sweat some of it out...perhaps jog then steam room/sauna then a COLD shower

this is what Andreas Moritz refers to 'hitting the top'...the toxins are being dumped into your lymph and being carried to your face, scalp and neck and getting stuck there...massage and sweat them out

and STOP cleansing (for now at least)...good luck
