Answer: Calcium !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And it may be found Naturally in many of the foods we have to eat !

Also, Calcium just so happens to be needed more by weight and Volumne by the body, than "ANY" other Alkaline Mineral !
