That's not going to do anything for TYPE 1.. Many thin people have type 1 diabetes ..

 I didn't really read the article. Because I am quite against things like that.  But of course if you are eating less food you can reverse your type 2 diabetes. I really wish people would quit posting things for type 2's in the type 1 forum. It's not easy to even come close to curing type 1 with just food.
