Hello, I was reading your posting where you mentioned that you have nerve damage. I have Type 1 diabetes and wanted to mention something to you that may or may not help in your situation.

You may already know about this, but just wanted to share the website where they talk about benfotiamine, a "form" of B1, that has been shown to work for nerve damage relating to diabetes. I just thought it might be worth giving a try in your case.
