Thanks, i've just seen one in Tesco, nearly £30, reduced from nearly fifty. It has a 2 litre pulp capacity and 800 watt motor, but seems quite large.

They also had a value one for just over ten pounds, but only 11/2L capacity 600ml juice and 400W motor. I don't know what the lloyds one is, but will look tomorrow, but it was very compact.

I will check the ebay ones out. One of my main priorities is very easy to clean, and not to large, although i know it shouldn't be lol.

I will start off with the juicing but hope to change to water after a few days if all goes well. And i can use it for refeeding. Actually that is a point i need clearing up, do the refeeding juices need to be pulp free or doesn't it matter at that stage?

I'm actually quite keen to give the water another go, if i feel that bad again, then i'll see if i can get through it and carry on. The only problem is committments, i'm still nervous about getting on buses and attending appointments in case i feel faint etc. Reading Nadia's post has inspired me to try again. I think also i have read info saying Water Fasting you should stay in bed because you feel so weak, but that is not necessarily true is it, as a lot of you on this forum work, exercise etc.

Since that couple of days, my appetite has reduced quite alot anyway. Another thing that i hated was the acid feeling, i'm frightened i might get an ulcer or something. I didn't actually feel that hungry, just strange on waking, and i believe that could have been low blood sugar, as eating made me feel so much better. Now you explained about that in another post, but is that normal to wake feeling awful, and would that have passed, do you think?

Thanks
