I have tried inverting on a huge exercise ball, and it does relieve my headache as well. Although, I do not get headaches too often, but do get them maybe once in 2-3 weeks. I am totally against taking all the OTC drugs. I do some gentle yoga exercises and inversions and the headaches mostly melt away.
