good luck. i have had cramping and lower back pain for 3 1/2 years. i thought it was from having a natural birth with my third child. now i realize it was mirena all along. i think my body has always wanted it out. i should have listened to my body. now i feel like crap and like i have permanent pms. i never had pms until after my third child. never even a cramp until after mirena. i used to think women made pms up, now i know otherwise.
