Wow, thanks telman. That helps me a bit more.
I ate raw walnuts today thinking it'd be agood snack choice but I broke out. I thought it might have been caused by stress today and work. I had a busy-er day than normal day today. But now I'm beginning to suspect otherwise.

Something else I've noticed is that along w/the hives outbreaks I seem to have gas that gets caught in the rib cage area where it's difficult to burp up and adds pressure that I feel in the mid back.

Could this be another sign of bad digestion and the bile thing you're talking about?
