Hello Balboa,

I believe all of the NaClO2 is reduced to ClO2 during the 3 minute activation. The ClO2 ions continue to change over the next 12 hours or so, but this reaction is within the ClO2 concentration that you ingest.

To verify this I noticed that the PH of the NaClO2 solution is around 13, whereas the activated ClO2 solution has a PH of around 3. I don't think NaClO2 can exist in an acid environment.
