Hi Hopinso

I believe in greens. when I started checking my Ph it was in the upper 5.0 range . Whne I take in my powdered green drink I can get myself up to 7.0 to 7.5 throughout the day.

I am using Alkalive Green. It has wheatgrass, kamut grass, oatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, alfalfa and enzymes. It actually tastes pretty good too.

green drinks for me have been the best way to get there.
