I will be over the moon for you. I'm so pleased that you got there in the end. Was it really easy? You had alot of discomfort, didn't you.

Symptoms however are good signs that the body is healing. As i have been reading, you should welcome these symptoms, and the worse they are, the worse the disease you would have probably got, if you had not done the cleansing.

I am seriously thinking now of doing a juice fast, and may go on to water if i manage that okay. I'm going all out now to kick the caffiene habit, so i have more chance of doing this. I know i will do this in the end, but baby steps for now.
My lower back is really hurting at the moment, so feel a bit sorry for myself lol

Anyway Congratulations again, are you carrying on or breaking after tomorrow, i think you were planning 14 days originally.

I'm buying myself a juicer tomorrow for ten pounds, at lloyds, the chemist, a little compact one, as haven't got much counter space. It may not last long for that money, but it will do for a start.

Have you got a lloyds The Chemist in Scotland. They do some great stuff. Digital scales and blood pressure monitors etc for a really great price.
