Thanks for the info. I don't know if I have heavy metal toxicity...but I just bought some unshelled Brazil nuts and enjoyed a few today (they are high in selenium if you didn't already know!) It sure is hard to get those nuts out of the shell though...man oh man! It's good to know I'm doing my body good when I munch on them.
