Thanks for the support and kind words. I would love to fast with you. I'm already down a few pounds and I too have about 7 to go from my ideal weight. I know what you mean about the fat being soo stubborn- and honestly, I don't want to spend my life always being one of those women who is chronically "just 5 or 10 lbs away". I want to be happy with my weight NOW.
