Ive focused on my liver for the past year. Done 7 full flushes and attempted an 8th but I was too weak at the time and got sick. Everyone advised me to take a break and build for awhile. Im going to try flushing again in a few weeks. Then that will be my last flush for awhile.

Taking care of the liver is definately important, but Im finding I MUST take my time with it. I cant reverse 23 years of damage in a year. It takes time.
